Went over to a friends flat last Saturday afternoon to make some home made jam :)
we produced the following:
2 jars of Strawberry - Red Current with Basil Jam
2 jars of Cinnamon Apricot Jam
2 jars of Sour Cherry Lavender Jam
We made them with a bit of 3:1 jam fix and cane sugar.
